You remain solely responsible for the decision to license and deploy the Software, for the account on which it is deployed, and for the results on that account. We strongly recommend independent research and professional financial consultation before making any investment or trading decisions.

SmartFX Bot, including its directors, developers, affiliates, and representatives, assumes no liability for any loss, damage, or expense incurred through the use or misuse of our software tools, services, or setup guides. 6. No Control or Custody of Funds

SmartFX Bot does not accept, hold, or control customer funds. In all cases — including where SmartFX Bot provides technical management and maintenance of the Software — your trading capital remains in your own brokerage account under your control.
